April 2024 to Present
Advise on all content needs for Dell’s mission to modernize its supply chain through AI /ML and ecosystem simplification. Bring a content lens to cross-functional teams across product and service design phases in an agile environment.
Key wins
Interviewed 24 subject matter experts and identified AI/ML explainability as a core business objective. Currently conducting an audit of AI/ML implementations in supply chain applications. Outcomes include standardizing LLM outputs based on whether the output includes statistical (raw data) projections or qualitative recommendations and increasing AI adoption over manual predictions.
Senior UX Writer and Strategist, Dell Design System - Dell Technologies
February 2022 to April 2024
Led a team of 3 UX writers creating design language system documentation focused on implementation and usage guidance. Maintained content management systems for the website and on Storybook (developer documentation) through Gitlab. Ran programs to upskill and mentor early UX writing colleagues.
Key wins
Audited and established a taxonomy for version 2 of the design system. As of today, 100% of the website’s documentation structure and terminology is remediated, as well as 90% of Vanilla Storybook; 100% of Angular Storybook; 100% of React Storybook; and 100% of Data Visualization Storybook.
Integrated content development processes in an agile product team, including transitioning all content writing from outside tools (Word, Excel, Miro) into Figma with templates and copy library.
Published website voice and tone guidelines for writers contributing design system documentation.
Created content journey mapping and DDS V3 navigation (scheduled, unreleased) based on competitor analysis and unmoderated testing (card sorts, tree tests).
Unified four writing standards into a single Dell writing standard in partnership with writers in two design organizations, Brand, and Global Translation teams (pending publish).

Partnered with design, product managers, tech leads, and engineering to create content strategies for various lines of business and experiences for the MVP launch of APEX Cloud solutions.
Key wins
Partnered with the Business Transformation Office to define taxonomy and terminology for the APEX Cloud Console according to industry standards and user mental models.
Created a repository of repeatable copy for consistency in audit log messages in the UI.

Technical UX Writer, FI/FX trading solutions - Broadway Technology

Communicated comprehensive product and system understanding through investigative and collaborative work with developers, product managers, support team members, and senior management. Simplify complex technical documentation to support global bank traders and hedge fund managers in everyday trading activities.
Key wins
Redesigned the customer support website with new site architecture, including release notes, troubleshooting guides, installation guides, and self-service articles. Introduced metadata, tagging, and SEO for increased findability. Reduced customer support calls by 40% and support tickets by 25% in the first two months.
